Weight Loss:

Compounded Semaglutide injecections: Dependent on patient specific variables, average cost is $275 per month (0.25mg-1.7mg); average cost is $384 per month for 2.4mg dose
Compounded Tirzepatide injections: Price depends on dosing. $230-$799 per month (doses above 10mg are over $533 +/month).
Zepbound (Tirzepatide) injections through Lilly Direct: Results Wellness and weight loss charge is $125 per month (or $200 for 2 months for stable patients) plus Lilly Direct charges for medications (2.5 mg- $349/month, all other doses is $499/month). Please note for these special prices with Lilly Direct, an order must be placed every 45 days.
Wagovy (Semaglutide) injections through NovoCare: Results Wellness and weight loss charge is $125 per month (or $200 for 2 months for stable patients) plus NovoCare charges for medications- all doses $499/month.
Oral (sublingual) semaglutide: Dose dependent; $184-$325/month
Oral (sublingual) tirzepatide: Dose dependent; $211-$440/month
All prices include visit with Nurse Practitioner (Brooke Hewitt), medication,
supplies and shipping costs.

I do not accept insurance. All weight loss medications are ordered through either a compounding pharmacy NovoCare or Lilly Direct. The compounding pharmacy was carefully selected to ensure high-quality medication. The pharmacy selected is the nation’s most advanced compounding pharmacy. They are a PCAB®-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy and have a 503B outsourcing facility designed with the FDA’s current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs) in mind.
